In case you need to cancel your appointment with HM Repairs, please make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled date/time.
If you call to cancel during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message (your name and address, and time of scheduled appointment).
If you booked your appointment on the same day, please cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
We value our technicians' time and effort in arriving promptly for your appointment. If you are unable to cancel within the required notice period (as outlined above), a service call fee of $80 + HST will apply to help cover scheduling and travel costs.
